Overdale is a stone built semi detached cottage with a garden to the front & rear with garden furniture & a magnificent view across Dentdale in the village of Dent with real ale pubs, coffee shops & village store.
Quiet country roads, high level bridaleways & footpaths enable you to explore Dentdale easily. A high level walk to the summit of Whernside, the highest of The Three Parks is 13 miles circuit.

Overdale offers lots of space, off the hallway is a spacious lounge with large windows and a wood burning stove set in a Dent Marble original fire place.
Through to a large superbly equipped dining kitchen, including a dishwasher & washing machine, with a pantry off.
There is outdoor seating at the rear with a great view across Dentdale.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor, the largest bedroom has a 5′ wide king double bed, bedroom 2 is a double, bedroom 3 has a single bed. The family bathroom features a bath tub with shower over the bath.
On the second floor the master bedroom is en suite with a 5” wide king double bed.
Central heating throughout.
Guests can stop at the front gate to unload.
The nearby public car park has several EV charging points.
